Tara B's Bio

Since Tara was a kid she loved loved music. Every Christmas she would get a microphone or some sort of musical toy. Her parents, products of the '60s, introduced her to Motown Soul, Rock 'n Roll, and Funk. Raised on Wilson Pickett, The Rolling Stones, Janice Joplin, and The Beatles, this had a great impact.
Growing up in the late 70's and awesome 80's she and her sister had records of the day that they enjoyed as well. When Tara was 13 she went to boarding school and was introduced to music she had not really heard before. This time in school developed Tara with a very diverse music library with genres including Motown, Rock 'n' Roll, Classic Rock, Metal, New Wave, Punk, Alternative, Indie, and the list goes on...
"I love all kinds of music. And the beauty of That Music Show with Tara B is that I can play songs that maybe some may have forgotten, or have never heard before. Music says what we as humans feel when we cannot speak. That is what it's all about."
